MBTI PICK is a free entertainment service that suggests travel, gifts, fortune messages, relationship ideas, and everyday choices based on MBTI and the context you select.

These terms apply to both the website "MBTI PICK" (mbti.jwapplab.com) and the mobile app "16 PICK". They come from the same developer but are separate programs; the differences in how they handle personal information are described separately in the Privacy Policy. The app is free and sells nothing inside it.

2. Nature of recommendations

Recommendations, fit scores, and chemistry scores are not scientific diagnoses or real-world probabilities. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety advice. Verify important decisions with reliable current information and qualified professionals.

3. Your responsibilities

Do not use the service to label relationships or discriminate against another person. When sharing a result, avoid exposing personal information or infringing anyone else's rights.

4. Intellectual property and changes

The service design, copy, data, and software belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Personal result sharing is allowed, but unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is not. Features and availability may change as the service improves.

5. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably. To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for network failures, external-service changes, user choices, or use of recommendation content.
